Your vacation time is very important to us and our providers and we want you to participate in all the fun Punta Cana Tours you want, when you want.  In fairness to our Excursions provider partners and there hard working dedication to provide excellent service, we practise a 72 hour notice of cancellation.

We implemented a “Risk Free Reservations” cancellation policy.

 

Now, when you make your reservation with Sol Punta Cana Excursions you can relax.

 

Rest assured , you can book online with confidence knowing that you will receive a 100% refund if your plans change for any reason. We only require at least 72 hours prior to the departure of your tour. Anytime after this period your event or excursion is non refundable and sales are final.  In the unlikely event of unforeseeable weather conditions within the Dominican Republic and we are not able to re schedule an event or excursion then you will receive a complete 100% refund.
